The IT QUALITY INDEX framework was awarded a special award from the itSMF Czech Republic during the announcement of the competition result – IT Project of the year – organized by the Czech Association of IT managers CACIO.
I (Zdenek Jelinek) took over the award on behalf of Zdenek Kvapil, the ITQI framework author, from Patrik Solc (itSMF chairman), Dan Petřivalský (itSMF vice-chairman) and Miloslav Marcan (CACIO vice-chairmen).
