Service Space is leading ITSM conference in Austria organised by ITSM Partner Vienna in September 2019
IT Quality Index 2019 Edition book was awarded to conference delegate. Interestingly, conference key note speaker Barclay Rae, was also official reviewer of the IT Quality Index book.
Content of the book is explaining what IT quality is, how it can be measured, visualised and communicated. Important part is also pre-defined IT Quality Management System with unique Visual Proportional Board.
